With Communal Cremation, your pet is cremated with other pets and the remains are not returned to you.

With Private Cremation, ONLY your pet is placed in the cremation chamber and cremated. When the cremation process is complete, the crematorium ensures that you receive only the cremated remains of your pet. Your pet's ashes are carefully collected and placed in a complimentary urn. Your pet's cremains are sent to you via UPS directly from the crematorium.
